BIOGRAPHY

Previously taught at Boston University, Regis College and UMass Lowell as an adjunct at the undergraduate and MBA levels.

Professional experience includes project manager, SAP; content manager, Taylor & Francis Publishing & ELearning; program manager, DuPont/KDI; vice president, Hastings Group; management consultant and strategic planning both for and non profit organizations.

Born into a family owned business and taking an early management role spurred a life long interest in family and small businesses and women and gender in organizations.
